Current Research and ProjectsShortly travelling to the Middle East to complete field research for a new book entitled Sons of Abraham: The Politics of Christian Faith in the Holy Land, exploring the nature of state-Christian relations (both Arab and Messianic) in Israel and the Territories. Contracted to Paternoster (Milton Keynes) for publication in 2010.
Currently researching the dynamics of Pentecostal-state relations in revolutionary Cuba. Contracted to Brill (Leiden and Boston) for publication as part of their Religion in the Americas series.
Recently commenced doctoral supervision for the University of Wales, Lampeter.
Invited to contribute a chapter on Pentecostalism, politics and economics for the proposed Cambridge Companion to Pentecostalism.
